Service agreement

• Allow access in and out of yard.
• Confining you pet from the yard on date of service. NOTE: If we cannot enter your yard or your pet prevents us to perform service, you will still be charged for the service trip and your service will be resumed on its next schedule date. 
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you want to skip a service date.
• Please notify us ASAP if you have a card on file that needs to change or update.
• Notify our team if there is any change in the number of dogs using the yard.
• Leaves, tall grass and yard debris can hinder our results as the POOP will be camouflaged or covered causing us to potentially miss POOP. We cannot guarantee a detailed clean. 
• New clients are responsible to pay the startup cost in addition to the plan of choice for the initial clean up. After the client will be responsible for the cost of the plan of choice.
• Customer is responsible for mileage fee and initial charge fee.

Service Interruptions:

• In the event of severe weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, heavy rain, snow, or other hazardous conditions, Pooper Trooper reserves the right to interrupt or reschedule services to ensure the safety of its staff.
• The decision to interrupt or reschedule services due to weather conditions will be made at the discretion of Pooper Trooper. Clients will be notified of any service changes in a timely manner.

Extreme Heat:

• During periods of extreme heat, Pooper Trooper may adjust the schedule to conduct pet waste removal services during cooler parts of the day. Clients are encouraged to provide shaded areas for the service team, and hydration for pets and staff is a priority.

Extreme Cold:

• In extremely cold conditions, Pooper Trooper may implement additional measures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and pets, including the use of appropriate cold-weather gear.

Rainy Weather:

• Services will generally proceed as scheduled in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, Pooper Trooper may reschedule or adjust the service to ensure the effectiveness of waste removal and to prevent safety hazards.

Snow and Ice:

• During snow or icy conditions, Pooper Trooper may need to reschedule services for safety reasons. Clients are encouraged to clear pathways and provide safe access to the designated pet areas.

Wind:

• In windy conditions, Pooper Trooper will take extra precautions to secure waste bags and prevent scattering. However, if wind conditions pose a safety risk, services may be temporarily interrupted.

Client Communication:

• Clients will be promptly notified of any service changes due to weather conditions.
• Clients are encouraged to communicate any specific concerns or considerations related to weather that may affect the provision of pet waste removal services.

Service Resumption

• Pooper Trooper will make all reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as weather conditions permit.

Service Fees:

• Service fees for pet waste removal services are outlined in the service agreement or contract between the Client and Pooper Trooper.

Billing Cycle:

• Billing cycles and frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) will be agreed upon between the Client and the Service Provider. Invoices will be generated accordingly.

Invoicing:

• Invoices will be sent to the Client's designated billing contact via email or other agreed-upon communication method.
• Invoices will include a detailed breakdown of services rendered, applicable taxes, and the total amount due.

Payment Due Date:

• Payment for services is due same day from the date of the invoice.
• Late payments may be subject to late fees, as specified in the service agreement.

Late Fees:

• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $5.00 flat fee. This fee will be applied for each day that the payment is overdue.

Payment Methods:

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, electronic transfer.
• Payment details will be provided on the invoice.

Automatic Payments:

• Clients may opt for automatic recurring payments using a credit card or electronic transfer. The Client will provide the necessary authorization for automatic payments.

Disputed Charges:

• Any disputes regarding charges on the invoice must be communicated to the Pooper Trooper within 3 business days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.

Service Suspension for Non-Payment:

• In the event of non-payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until outstanding payments are settled.

Termination of Services:

• Failure to make payments within 3 days of the due date may result in the termination of services. The Client will be notified before services are terminated.

Taxes:

• The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the services provided.

By engaging in pet waste removal services with Pooper Trooper, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these billing terms and conditions. Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms with notice to the Client.

• No Contracts for residential. 
• Upon termination notification, you shall be responsible for any outstanding balances (if applicable). 
• Please note that if you decide to no longer use our services and then change your mind later you will then be responsible for the start-up cost in addition to the plan of choice.  After the client will be responsible for the cost of the plan of choice.

Pooper Trooper, L.L.C. assumes no liabilities  for damage to yards, gates, pets or properties. By initiating service, both parties agrees to the above terms and responsibilities.
